Erin Leonard supports global initiatives to scale finance and market solutions that help farmers adopt climate-smart practices. Her work spans carbon markets, crop insurance and innovative blended finance models to help scale climate-smart agriculture.

Erin has a background in global policy, sustainable agriculture and public-private partnerships. She has an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
