Data Integration & Normalization: Aggregated historical and current electricity and gas bills, production volumes, and GHG emission (Scope 1 & 2) into a unified schema; applied per unit normalization (e.g., kWh/ton, $/MMBtu, tCO?e/ton).
Dashboard Development: Designed Power BI dashboards, consumption intensity, total usage trends, cost analysis, emissions tracking, and ROI modeling, enabling dynamic filtering by site, time period, and energy source.
Benchmarking Analysis: Ran facility-level peer comparisons to identify top and bottom performing sites; flagged outliers for data validation and deeper assessments.
Decision Framework & Playbook: Codified a 5-step Framework (Capture, Target, Assess, Prioritize, Track ROI), documented best practices, and embedded an Atwater facility case study (pre/post-EEM performance) as a visual proof-point in the playbook.
