Solutions

First, Xinyi conducted a comprehensive inventory of the plant’s equipment and energy usage to develop an energy management platform solution, including engaging with vendors and evaluating proposed solutions. Secondly an energy audit of the plant’s water resources, including mapping of wastewater pipes, stormwater pipes, and water balance maps for more targeted water management.

Potential Impact

In the future, the factory will land the energy management system, the formation of automation, information technology and centralized management mode, through data analysis, mining and trend analysis, for enterprises to strengthen energy management, improve energy efficiency, tap the potential for energy saving, energy-saving assessment of basic data and support.
