HCA Healthcare – John Richards – 2016

Goals:

Solutions:

Richards conducted research, interviewed key stakeholders within HCA, evaluated concepts with some HCA facilities, and reached a conclusion about sustainability and employee engagement.  Richards proposed four projects for HCA to pursue with regard to sustainability and employee engagement.

Potential Impact:

Richard’s projects have the potential for HCA and its facilities throughout 20 states to supplement information available for employees on sustainability and help with employee engagement, awareness, and involvement in sustainability.
