About Our Network
The Climate Corps Network is made up of over 3,500 members, including 1850+ alumni from our three global programs based in China, India, and the United States. The Climate Corps Network seeks to facilitate lifelong learning that supports climate leaders to create impact at scale through connections and community. The network is an ongoing resource for the Climate Corps community that functions to provide career support, establish connections, foster advocacy, and continued learning.

Thulasi Ram Khamma
Director
After completing three Climate Corps fellowships with Zeller Realty (’16) and JPMorgan Chase (’17, ’18), Ram now serves as a Director within Sustainability Consulting Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP. In Ram’s role, he supports several large Global Private Equity Real Estate Clients, Real Estate owners and investors, with decarbonization, energy transition and climate risk mitigation services across all commercial property types including Data Centers, manufacturing, offices, warehouses, life sciences, etc.
Ram is a dedicated Climate Corps alum who regularly mentors and shares his experience and knowledge with the network. He holds a Masters in Architecture, MS in Statistics, and a PhD in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW)
Arohi Patil
Research Analyst
As part of the EDF Climate Corps Fellowship in 2021, Arohi Patil worked on Amazon India’s Zero Emission Vehicle Maturity Model. She examined the electric mobility regulatory landscape in India through a review of the state-level policies and government notifications for electric vehicles in India. Presently, Arohi works as a Research Analyst in the Renewable Energy team at the Council on Energy, Environment, and Water (CEEW). Her role at the Council centers on accelerating the deployment of distributed renewable energy with a particular focus on the adoption of rooftop solar in India. Her research interests include renewable energy, sustainable transport, innovation systems, and environmental and energy policy.
CVS Health
Jenny McColloch
Vice President, Sustainability & Community Impact
Jenny has ascended to hold multiple high-impact positions since completing her 2011 fellowship at Nestle Waters, currently serving as CVS Health’s Vice President of Sustainability and Community Impact. She leads the company’s sustainability, community impact and philanthropy strategies at the intersection of human health and environmental health. She and her teams collaborate with partners internally and externally to mitigate the company’s environmental footprint, empower health care providers and patients with insights to manage health impacts from extreme weather, invest in organizations that address barriers to care and improve health outcomes, and drive opportunities for community impact among CVS Health’s 300,000 colleagues nationwide. She previously led sustainable transformation in the food sector as McDonald’s Corporation’s Chief Sustainability and Social Impact Officer. Jenny is a dedicated alum who regularly serves as a mentor, thought leader and has hosted many fellows on her teams.

Jinyao Gu
Climate Change and Sustainability Services Manager, Beijing, China
Jingyao Gu was a Climate Corps fellow in 2018 when she helped Walmart Global Sourcing identify GHG reduction opportunities within its product use pillar, Jingyao works as a climate change and sustainability consultant at EY in Beiing, China where her work helps companies understand climate change risks, adapt to evolving ESG regulations and plan low carbon development pathways. Specialized in ESG reporting, ESG strategic planning, capital market rating improvement, TCFD, TNFD, and carbon reduction targets.
In addition to her work as an EY consultant, Jingyao Gu founded the Climate Action Young Alliance - a start-up social enterprise aiming to connect and empower current and future sustainability professionals in China.

Phoebe Romero
Senior Program Manager, Washington, D.C.
Since completing her 2015 Climate Corps fellowship at Huston-Tillotson University, Phoebe has risen to a position of leadership as the Senior Program Manager of Environmental Justice at Microsoft. Phoebe also serves on the Board of Directors at Ecorise, an organization focused on sustainability education and elevating youth voices in climate action.
Phoebe is an engaged and dedicated Climate Corps alum who regularly mentors, serves as a network thought leader and is a Climate Corps trained advocate.

Dheeraj Babariya
Associate
Since completing my EDF fellowship at Nestle India, Dheeraj Babariya has accepted a position as an Associate (Consultant) at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in India. As a member of Power & Utilities Advisory team, Dheeraj helps electricity distribution companies (electricity utilities) and assists them with various regulatory and policy-level issues, including regulatory compliance and tariff-related other regulatory filings. The work includes support on following matters:
- Policies: Electricity Amendment Act, Electricity Amendment Rules 2022, RDSS scheme, one-time settlement scheme
- Regulatory Support: Solar Rooftop, Open Access, Fuel surcharge Adjustment, Terms & Conditions for Supply, etc.
- Analysis: AT&C loss, ACoS-ARR gap, One-time settlement scheme, DISCOM Ratings, benchmarking of various parameters
- Regulatory Filings: Cross Subsidy & Additional surcharge, Cost of Service (CoS), Green Tariff proposal with conditions
Vangas Tech Co., Ltd.
Gang Wang
Founder & CEO, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China
After completing his 2016 fellowship at Coca-Cola in Shanghai, China, and earning his PhD in energy and power engineering from Shanghai University, Gang founded Vangas Tech Co., Ltd., an innovative enterprise specializing in gas technology solutions. Driven by the mission to supplant conventional industrial processes with sustainable alternatives, the company is revolutionizing electronic specialty gas recycling while developing cost-efficient high-value gas production systems integrated with CCUS.
Since its inception, Vangas has established strategic partnerships with multiple Fortune Global 500 corporations. Guided by its corporate vision of "Pioneering Sustainable Solutions for High-Purity Gas Applications," the company is strategically positioned to deliver environmentally conscious innovations that align with the emerging demands of the Atomic Manufacturing Era.

About the US Alumni Advisory Board
The purpose of the US Climate Corps Alumni Advisory Board is to work in partnership with the Climate Corps team to enhance Climate Corps’ impact and programming through deeper alumni engagement in the United States.

The network provides members with the ongoing support necessary for staying current in an ever-evolving field. We offer a variety of resources, including professional development webinars and workshops, access to a curated jobs board and speaking opportunities for alumni to share career insights with the Climate Corps Network in the United States.

Foster advocacy
The Climate Corps program in the United States actively empowers network members to take action on climate policy to accelerate their development into positions of sustainability leadership. We provide training and support for aspiring advocates at the local, state and federal level. We offer webinars and trainings that empower members to create and execute individual advocacy plans.
Continued learning
The Climate Corps Network supports alumni in their growth and continued learning in their sustainability careers. We offer lunch & learns with EDF staff and webinars in partnership with the Net Zero Action Accelerator and other external partners.
