BYD (China) – Hongchen Liu – 2019

This fellowship was completed in 2019. Climate Corps® is an innovative fellowship program that trains talented and passionate graduate students and pairs them with companies and public institutions dedicated to meeting their climate and energy goals. Fellows spend a summer designing tools and recommendations to accomplish emissions reduction goals by road mapping climate commitments, reducing energy consumption, procuring renewable energy, electrifying fleets, and engaging suppliers. About the fellow
Hongchen Liu
Fordham University
Hongchen Liu is a Global Finance candidate at Fordham University. He has a nuclear engineering background with one-year working experience in nuclear power plant. Because of his passion for renewable energy and climate change, he decided to launch his career in sustainable finance.
