Orchestrated impactful data gathering by conducting comprehensive interviews and research to assess greenhouse gas emissions across Critical Start’s portfolio. He aligned sustainability strategies with industry benchmarks, resulting in the creation of an ESG policy, Inventory Management Plan, Data Collection Framework, and structured procurement questionnaires. A meticulous GHG assessment allowed performance benchmarking, emission source identification, and ambitious reduction goal setting. Collaboratively, He established a near-term GHG intensity reduction target in harmony with Vista’s climate pledge, steering Critical Start toward a sustainable path. He synthesized findings into a comprehensive ESG report, catalyzing engagement among 300+ employees, fostering an environmentally conscious culture. Pioneering ESG initiatives, he built robust frameworks, integrating GHG accounting, data strategies, and reporting systems, propelling alignment with Vista’s science-based targets.
