Become a Fellow

Jump-start your sustainability career

Become a Climate Corps fellow this summer and launch your sustainability career. Our fellows gain real-world experience working at leading organizations on climate and energy projects.

Climate Corps fellows are graduate students who work with companies, public institutions and nonprofit organizations to identify opportunities to reduce emissions in their operations and supply chains and meet climate commitments.

Read about our project areas below. Additionally, this year we are excited to announce our first ever Climate Corps Animal Agriculture Fellowship.

How Climate Corps works

As a successful applicant, you'll be custom-matched with an organization that’s the best fit to your skills, interests and preferences.

Over the summer, you’ll work directly with staff at your host organization from operations, finance, sustainability, or other departments on innovative energy and climate projects.

At the end of the fellowship, you’ll become part of the Climate Corps network, gaining access to a breadth of professional development resources throughout your career.
