Become a Fellow

Jump-start your sustainability career

Become a Climate Corps fellow this summer and launch your sustainability career. Our fellows gain real-world experience working at leading organizations on climate and energy projects.

Climate Corps fellows are graduate students who work with companies, public institutions and cities to identify opportunities to reduce emissions in their operations and supply chains and meet climate commitments.

How Climate Corps works

Once accepted as a fellow, you’ll be custom-matched with an organization that’s the best fit to your skill-set, interests and preferences.

Then, over the summer, you’ll work directly with staff from operations, finance, sustainability, or other departments on innovative energy and climate projects.

At the end of the summer, you’ll become part of the Climate Corps network, gaining access to a breadth of professional development resources throughout your career.
