Ashley manages the recruitment and selection of talented fellows who are passionate about tackling climate change, placing them with host organizations that can benefit from their skills. She also leads the diversity, equity, inclusion and justice initiatives within the Climate Corps program. Prior to EDF, Ashley worked in nonprofit management at a variety of organizations. She graduated from Boston College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability from Harvard Extension School.
