As AVP for EDF+Business, Elaine oversees the department's strategic operations. She is responsible for the people, resources and systems the program needs to achieve high impact results. She works closely with senior leaders, collaborates with staff on goal setting and strategy development, and ensures that budgets align with the team's most pressing priorities.
Previously, Elaine worked in facilities management at Google in Santa Monica, CA and as a community liaison for the City of Boston. She has a BS in Political Science and a MPA from Northeastern University.
