Maaz serves as the lead for accelerating fleet and shipper deployments of medium- and heavy-duty electric trucks, at EDF. He works directly across the intersection of strategy, policy advocacy, and investor engagement to push the electrification of transport amongst the largest fleets and shippers in the U.S.

Maaz ventured into the energy and environment space while working for a renewable energy developer based in Pakistan focusing on novel and challenging projects in emerging & developing economies. He has the distinct experience of working in multiple countries, in Asia, Africa & Latin America, and has an MSc. in Energy Systems Management from the University of San Francisco California (USFCA).
